Plex Recordings shows 'No upcoming episodes' even though they on the guide - 'SOLVED'

On plex Calendar View - Recording Priority - all ABC tv shows are showing episode S2019E1 so the next one doesn’t record since Plex thinks that I have already recorded that episode.

As soon as I go into my recordings file and change the name from : America This Morning - S2019E01 - America This Morning.ts to America This Morning - S2019E179 - America This Morning.ts tomorrow’s episode shows up on the recording schedule.

I have 2 Plex servers, Plex running on windows 10 and Plex running on a QNAP server. Both do the exact same thing.

This just started happening about 10 days ago, at least when I noticed it. Before all episodes were recorded, each having a different episode number.

I’m not sure if the problem is from my HDhomerun Quatro, the guide info or Plex itself, but it is very time consuming to change each episode so tomorrow’s will record.

One final note, My buddy looked at his Plex remotely this morning and his also shows S2019E01, but he does not record America this morning.

I’m seeing a similar issue with BBC World News America. I’m on a HDHomeRun Prime in the bay area. My sense is that it’s a guide issue (new after the change over of providers).

All of my guide comes from HDHomerun, as far as I know and that hasn’t changed.

Not sure where I found it, probably the PLEX forums, but what I did was delete my DVR’s - Update to the newest Version 1.16.1.1291 that just came out - Then I rebooted my computer, restarted my Plex and reinstalled the DVR’s - set back up the recordings that I want.

Now all the episodes have the sequential episode numbers.

So everything is back to being good
