Record Options: "Limit to Airing Time" options

When setting up a recording and “Limit to Channel” is set to the default “Any”

I click on the drop down/up for Choose whether to restrict recording to a specific airing time, and I am presented with 18 airing times:

If I change “Limit to Channel” from “Any” to "504 KNBCDT (NBC), I would expect the “Limit to Airing Time” to reflect the times available on this one channel. It does not.

I would expect to only see this at the one time its airing as a first time airing on this channel.
