Recorded but can't be accessed

I currently have PMS Version 1.9.7.4460 on a win 10. The recording schedule shows the show was recorded, which I found in the .grab file. When I try to move it to the proper location, Windows tells me that it is currently in use by the Plex Transcoder. It has currently been 3 hours since the 30 minute show was recorded.

I also recorded the Thursday Night game, which I just found in the transcode file under sessions.

Is the system backed up?

Search the forums for the “100% Recording” bug. It’s a known bug, they have supposedly isolated a cause and are working on a fix. Sometimes you can rescue files from the .grab folder, sometimes not. Restarting Plex seems to clean it out.
