Wondering if anyone can let me know whether this would work or any other way of making it work.
Have an external SSD that I use for all my media and recordings and run my server on MacOS.
I’ve had issues when recording to the SSD with permissions which then doesn’t let the commercial skipper run.
I’ve tried to set permissions and change settings but nothing seems to work. I will always get the “could not move media to destination” error after a recording is finished - though it will still appear in the appropriate library (does not register as being “recorded” though, hence no commercial skipper).
Recording to my internal ssd lets the commercial skipper run, but I have a lot less storage so would rather not have too much media there.
I was wondering whether I could create a ‘Post-processing script’ to change the permissions of the file being recorded. Or would this still have the same issues?
