None of my recordings are showing up in the library. I see them recorded in the .grab folder, and a folder for the recording gets created, but the content never gets moved to the folder. Logs attached. Plex Media Server Logs_2023-12-15_23-22-51.zip (4.5 MB)
It seems the server is experiencing permissions issues when trying to create the output directory and therefore cannot move the recording to its final destination.

You’ve not mentioned much about your environment so I won’t try to suggest specific steps to correct the problem but, in general, you need to ensure your Plex user (plex, unless you changed the default) has rwx permissions for the path to which the media is being saved.
As an aside, your server has verbose logging enabled. As a result, your logs only cover about 39 minutes and contain a great deal of “noise” which can make tracking down issues harder than it needs to be. For the first stab at most issues, just leave debug logging enabled (verbose disabled). This will significantly de-clutter the logs and also allow them to cover a much longer time period.
Thanks. The strange part is that is has proper permissions and in fact DID create the folder it claims to not be able to create. As a safety precaution I have given the plex user ownership of the folder too. Of course now since trying to troubleshoot this by changing directories for that library it doesn’t seem to record at all. Going to do another test and will upload logs (I turned off verbose).
Just looked through the logs… it still thinks there are file system permission issues. There are not as user “Plex” has ownership of the folder and permissions are 777 anyway… this file system is an NFS mounted NAS. Going to reboot the NAS or see if there is something going on, on that end…
