World News Tonight was recorded from the tuner but it somehow just disappeared.
The process copied over from .grab to its final directory but somehow it disappeared.
No metadata was generated.
My concern with what I see in the logs is an odd date in file name:
ABC World News Tonight With David Muir (1978) - 2020-01-01 00 00 00 - 07-29-2020
Wondering where the 2020-01-01 00 00 00 part came from.
Can you zip the databases and PM them to me. I’ll try to look tomorrow morning to see if I can find the EPG data for this show. My current theory is that the Garbage Collection might be keying on the Jan 1 date in the filename. Would hope not but would like to try to see if the EPG Data is showing that date. I noticed the CBS news show Chuck highlighted in the full logs has the recording date in the filename. Do you have the same deletion policies for that news show?
Go to Settings / Troubleshooting should be a Download Database link. That should create a zip file and download it. I believe that zip file also includes the EPG database files. I am not on a decent device at the moment to verify if the zip file contains the EPG Database or not. If not, I’ll reply to the PM giving the exact location to retrieve the EPG data needed.
I am not finding much in the EPG database. The show from last night is not in the database any longer. I am also not finding the shows for the next couple of nights in there either. Odd that the shows for the next few nights in the logs sent have different names:

I would recommend for the next few days recordings since I can’t verify the EPG data to turn off the keep/delete policies so the news tonight is not also deleted.
I have confirmed with another Plex Employee that the 2020-01-01 date in the filename from last night is the original date which must not have been accurate in the EPG data and why it was removed. The Employee said he will look at the providers data for last night when he is back home later today. I have provided him the station, time, and zip code for Phoenix. I couldn’t see in the logs provided the exact zip code used for your EPG configured in the DVR setup.
I would also request in the future that when logs are needed please provide the zip file generated by the Settings/Troubleshoot Download Logs link. This provides all of the logs files from the Plex Media Server. In your zip file you only included the one log file from the time of the show so I was unable to look at other data to try to confirm possibly what was showing in the logs before the show started recording. Also could not confirm your zip code for the EPG previously mentioned.
The shows listed for 8/2 23:30 - 8/10 00:30 are all showing an originally available date of the date of the airing so as far as I can tell there shouldn’t be an issue with the keep/delete policies for those shows.
