Recording Failed - Need help troubleshooting

Sorry for the delay getting back.

Are you sure tcpdump and the logs overlap? The PMS logs start at ~14:26 and the tcpdump stops at ~14:21. Unfortunately that means there’s no way to correlate the info between the two.

If you’re sure you had the tcpdump running during the timeframe of this particular PMS log that might be informative in-and-of itself. But it looks like the tcpdump ran fine for about 20’ish minutes.

The PMS logs still show the HDHomeRun departing (not being seen for more than 20 seconds’ish) every minute or so. Definitely not normal.

If you have the time, please run this again and provide the full server log ZIP file.

I was trying to trim the files because I could not upload them due to file size. I may have deleted the wrong sections, but I thought they were still indicative. Will take another stab at it this morning and do a better job of aligning their timestamps.
