Recording Schedule - No Upcoming airings (WRONG)

Hi,
Running plex on a Synology NAS. V1.9.7-4441.
I noticed when I scheduled various recording tonight that the recording schedule lists that there is no upcoming airings - However. When searching the program guide I can see (and it lists) various upcoming airings of the program. It appears that the recording schedule for whatever reason isnt seeing those upcoming instances of the program.

Is it possible to reset and get plex to rescan the program guide for upcoming recordings?

OK noticed the upgrade to 1.9.7.4460. No change in the Recording Schedule.

I am going to assume that on your recording settings you selected New Airings Only:

Since Season 24 was aired in 2014 the episodes shown in your screen shot are Repeat Airings. If you have the Airings option set to New Airings Only those episodes would not be recorded.

However sometime ago I did delete and re-add it back a little later to record - not sure if that has anything to do with it.

You apparently already have those episodes in your library somewhere:

sadly this is also an issue with germany, here almost all shows are NOT new … even they are 1st aired here …

probably gracenote is taking their notes from world wide release and not country specific, and also not on every show :wink:

example next monday here in germany, ncis and walking dead are NEW episodes …

or a better overview … these are all NEW and NOT in my library :wink:

Thanks for that feedback. I found the beggars. But I did a couple of things as well in the meantime.
Previously I was using the ICETV xml for the program guide. Decided to ditch this and remove and go back to the supplied program guide.
Also removed that recording and put it back - however this time I didn’t tick the overwrite option.
Also decided to remove all the programs (thunderbirds are go was another one with the problem and it definitely didn’t have a file there) and put it back to find that it started working as well.
So - not sure whether it was by removing the xml guide or just deleting and re-adding with the new version.
Either way its looking like its working now.

Spent a bit more time on this today with the other recordings. Did notice that on my Program Guide the episodes for Doc Mcstuffins are listed as Season 1. However looking at tvdb they are listed as Season 3. As mine are labelled according to the tvdb its probably seeing a match and thus not scheduling a recording. Is there any easy answer to this?

I’m battling the exact same issue (same show as well).
