Recording stopping after a few seconds

My problem is that almost every recording I start will stop after a few seconds. Occasionally it works, though.
I have attached logs from a fresh install of the DVR, followed by a recording that died after a short time.

I guess I was able to find the answer myself, finally. I found out that there is a transcoder error reported for those recordings that failed. I will disable this feature for now.
