Recording without Tuner

Hello there. I would like to record Plex Live TV but I do not see the record button.
I am not interested with OTA broadcast but only recording the Plex Live streaming…
Do I need to procure a tuner and Antenna in order to record Plex streaming ?

I have the Plex Pass.

You can only record(DVR) the OTA broadcasts. Plex’s own live stream is not recordable.
