Here is my problem. About HALF the time I get a “there was an unexpected error” when trying to load as library. I quit Plex and restart, sometimes two or three times and then it’s fine.
Here is my set up: I have an Nvidia Shield with a 5TB external HD plugged into it. I have moved Plex Server’s storage to the external HD (from within the app). My account has two servers, one on my laptop and of course the Shield. Until a couple of weeks ago everything worked perfectly. Then I damaged a disk or something and had to start over from scratch. This was about the same time the Shield Plex app was updated. It seems to me there should never be a problem loading the library as it’s hardwired into the Shield (which of course is hardwired into the TV).
It’s VERY frustrating and I don’t know how to begin to figure out where the problem is… let alone how to fix it.
(II VERY much don’t want to start from scratch again. I rated 2400 movies!
