Refresh guide, shows not showing up/Recording question

Hey all - I have Plex Pass and HD Homerun Prime on FiOS with a card from Verizon and the whole deal. I can watch HD, record, etc. All good. However, I refresh the program guide and it’s lacking shows. For instance, I want to record “Forged in Fire” TV show on History channel Tuesdays @ 9PM. I let it refresh (which takes foreeeever) and then search and… Forged in Fire isn’t even in it. I go on my FiOS STB, and it’s got the show on Tuesday @ 9. In fact, there are reruns going on all the time and none show up on Plex guide. Sigh. Any ideas?

Also, can you set the DVR to record a channel at a time without actually finding the show you want? There are times where I don’t know what show it is my wife wants to record but she knows its on at 8PM on HGTV, can I do that?

Same problem for me, but it’s a different show. Ultimately it’s made the plex DVR unreliable so I had to stop using it. Did you ever get an answer on this? I didn’t on my posts.

I moved to the HDHomeRun service which has been great, except is has a few holes as well.
