Refresh rate switches to 24p always

When refresh rate switching is turned on in settings in Plex HTPC for Windows (latest from the site as of today), the refresh rate always switches to 24p regardless of the refresh rate of the original video file. This makes 30p TV shows stutter unnecessarily. What can I try to fix this? Or is it a known limitation?

Can you share your Plex HTPC logs? Maybe we find a reason there.

I started looking at logs myself, and it ended up being a weird encode issue. So Plex is not the problem here. Sorry for a false alarm.
