I’ve noticed that if I watch a video on a different device, my Xbox One app still shows the video as unwatched. Is there a way to force the app to refresh and checked for videos that have been watched since the last time I used the app?
Currently, there is not a refresh type button. So in order to get a refresh you need to do an action that would normally trigger one, browsing in a library and backing out, quitting the app from the xbox home screen etc.
The developers are aware of the issue and have commented in another thread that they are in discussions on how to best solve this problem:
