That I could still download video like I used to by providing the username and password for subscriptions I already have like Disney. That I could download. It appears I cannot so I want to refund my purchase as I see no value. I already have the Plex Server and want to save there - otherwise I don’t see a value or use for the Plex Pass I purchased. The add below states “DOWNLOADS” and that is what i did with the old software. I would like to do as before or get a refund.
