If Plex can’t solve the transcode problems with mpegts/h.264, I would like to request a refund for my purchase of Lifetime Subscription last month.

Recently tried Emby…no problems with any client, especially tvOS and iOS.

My Plex subscription has been a total waste of money and time trying to utilize Plex for playback…Great Media Manager but since I can’t utilize player with proper ffd/rew functions on dvr’d file types…Plex is worthless to me.

If that doesn’t work, dispute the charge with your credit card company/bank.

@debbiefl, I’m looking into your issue again today to see if it is known and if we already have an an issue filed internally. It looks familiar to something else I’ve seen. As @darcilicious mentioned, if you would like to cancel your Plex Pass and get a refund, follow the link provided.
