Regarding the phenomenon of video crashes and frame drops on plex clients on appletv and iphone

In the latest version of the plex client on apple tv and ios, version 8.35, 4k high frame rate movies crashed. In the past year, the plex client on apple tv and ios played 4k hevc and H265 formats at 60FPS or Movies with higher frame rates will experience frame drops. This problem has not been fixed. This problem does not exist on the Android client. Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

Confirmed here. Gemini Man for example plays what looks like every other frame.

Interestingly everything plays normally on my iPad Pro.
