I tried registering a new user via the facebook button, which worked fine. (marina_baert@telenet.be)
However mid redirection back from Facebook to the plex website, we experienced an error.
As a result, the user can’t be used to login (the facebook login flow results in a message that the e-mail is already used, so it seems the auth Flow tries to trigger a registration flow again.
Password reset also doesn’t work, because the reset e-mail doesn’t arrive.
So we can’t authentication, register, password reset nor delete this account - essentially stuck in limbo.
It feels the registration flow didn’t fully complete and got stuck mid process.
Is there anyway way you can fix this - happy to reregister if you choose to delete it.
I’m not clear what your issue is. Reviewing your account associated to his forum, I see that you do have a linked Facebook account. So you should be able to sign in using the Facebook option. Make sure you are on the sign in page and not the sign up page. If you are not sure which Facebook account you used, you can log into this account normally, then in Plex Web, view your account page and unlink the Facebook account. You can then relink the account you want.
I do see that there was also another regular Plex account using that same email address. That account was deleted, so you cannot login with that email and password.
