I want to change the way i logon but i dont remember my password and i dont get a new one when i request for it to my email. I used to logon with just clicking facebook.
I just took a look at your Plex account for you. I see that a previous email attempt to you was blocked by your mail server, since you marked them as spam in the past, which placed your address on our Block list. I’ve now removed the email address from our Block list. You’ll want to make sure that you your mail server is configured to accept email from us and not block it before you request a new password reset (https://app.plex.tv/auth#?resetPassword) or else the email will likely be blocked again. Hi I am having the exact same issue of not being able to log in since facebook was removed and i am not getting the reset emails, i have had to create a new account to try and get support if possible please
