Reinstalled plex on WD My Cloud PR2100 [Transcoder] [eac3_eae @ 0x1933f40] error reading output

I needed to reinstall server on NAS MyCloud PR2100 Now nothing that has aec3 plays…

I read several posts, but still lost on what to do… Thank you for your assistance.
