I’m having an issue where my libraries won’t get any metadata/posters/information when I use Hama/ASS. Looking at the logs there is a Fatal error on Hama but I cannot tell what exactly is causing it. I have installed the most recent version of both Hama/ASS and have done the library dance, removing logs, restarting Plex, removing and re-adding the library. I have the logs here for a test library I have been using to try and find the issue.
So, when this issue started was due to me losing my boot drive and having to reinstall everything from scratch. I initially installed plex version 1.31.3.6868-28fc46b27 for Win10-x64 and this didn’t work, updating to the more recent version didn’t either. Backdating to version 1.31.1.6733-bc0674160-x86_64 has seemed to fix this issue. I wonder if it is due to Plex removing portions of their plugin support in these later versions that caused the issue with HAMA? Either way, it is working now but it is something that would be good to make note of for future cases.
