If it is started correctly then the server knows it is available maybe clear the cache of your browser and reload the plex web interface.
Are you using a non windows OS? Make sure you chown and chmod on the plug directory (recursively). I’ve discovered in the past the plug in will start but not really function unless you assign the proper ownership and permissions.
Quick notice: My provider will do some maintenance on my backend at Tuesday 23rd February 2016 21:00 to 23:00. This means that it is possible that you can’t get any results at this time.
Can the feature be added to collect the theme music for each show from the TVDB because at the moment I can’t get them for any shows with this agent.

need to look into that for several reasons like where do I get the audio files from? how do I integrate it into the metadata? this might need more work then it is worth it but I will consider it

Dear Daraku i have started getting errors on your wonderful scanner
just about all the series i add to my plex server come up with
“Exception caught while attempting to match metadata on item XXXXX: Error parsing file”
I include an exert below, is it something to do with size of library? (im at 800+ series)

Never mind, its working sort of it just only adds about 5 sets of meta data per run, just takes a lot of runs to get it to complete. it does find them in the end
I noticed that after refreshing my library a lot of entries weren’t filled with metadata. But after a refresh again they were. It seems that the request is made and cached with all information but are loaded empty.
just make a refresh after everything is done and nothing is loading in the background and everything should be filled with the metadata
so, MAL did something at their page again. They modified the search page and therefore my API couldn’t get any search results. I fixed this issue and it is now functional again.
I can’t match the server Ichigo 100% or K.
I’ll clear my logs, force a lookup then post them here tonight.
Weird. My anime only just started adding new anime to a secondary series.

yeah that seems to be a problem of the agent, please do a refresh of the anime and if it still didn’t get matched please attach the log file to the next post.

you are using the wrong agent version please download the latest version from here and clear your cache

I am having a bunch of issue matching old anime series with the MAL agent.
Here are a few that are not matching:
Groove Adventure Rave
Gasaraki
Gate Keepers
Ai Yori Aoshi (only shows later seasons)
Galaxy Angel
Galaxy Angel Z
Gad Guard
Attached is my log file of when I tried to match them. Let me know f you can help or what else I need to do to get you the right info.
(I did clear my cache)
