Indeed, some drivel being spoken. A pre-release channel is just that… a testing platform before release to a wider audience.

I’ve had some issues with fallouts, but I don’t know whether it’s hardware or software – if anyone else has had anything like it, please post it!

Nice Work! I recieved it OTA last night and after the update my silver apple remote refuses to use “menu” as back button! Should I redo the binding procedure or is there a setting somewhere that Im missing?

Subtitle-switching with the companion app doesn’t work correctly for me. If I try to switch subtitles, one of two things happen:

1: It doesn’t do anything
2: It switches subtitles but doesn’t let the companion app know that the subtitles have been switched, so the companion app reports the previous subtitles.

I second this. I can see screenshots of people having IMDB and rotten tomatoes ratings and logos in there skin, but how do you add this to the aeon nox skin in rasplex?

I’m not sure what you mean by “fallouts”. Can you expound on that?

I don’t have this remote, so I’m not sure. Can you provide a debut log of you pushing the “menu” button so we can see what’s being sent to OpenPHT?

This depends on what agents you’re using in PMS. OpenPHT currently gets all it’s ratings from there.

You’ll have to switch to Plex Movie Agent. Then in the server’s agent settings, you’ll change Ratings Source to IMDb. You’ll then need to refresh the library to overwrite your old stored values.

High temperature: is it just me, or a problem with the latest release?
With the latest release, I start noticing a small thermometer in the upper right corner.

I haven’t got any issues with previous release. Same RPI3.
Is this release consuming more power?

Anybody with same experience?

I’ve gotten around to troubleshooting some, and the issue persists when flashing 1.6.2 :frowning:

So 1.7.1 seems as stable as 1.6.2 from here :slight_smile:

I have not experienced that issue. Are you sure it’s the thermometer warning and not a low power issue? And do you any overclocking enabled?

Mine did an over the air update to the latest version before it was caught and won’t stop crashing. It’s been powered off for a week. I hadn’t had the chance to report until today. It just keeps popping up a crash report message and I click Ok and it keeps coming back. I’ve restarted the box but with no luck. Is there any advice on what I can do to get it to stop or perhaps info I can provide that might help diagnose the issue?
