Right now, the music library of Plex considers albums, live albums, compilations, soundtracks, EPs, etc. all identical entities and they are all just mixed together in chronological order.
I think it would be a nice feature to have release types actually separated within an artist’s page, where you’ve got:
Artist
Albums
{}{}{}
EPs
{}{}
Live Albums
{}
Etc.
Perhaps it could be triggered by either a checkbox for release type or search for release type in brackets after a title. For example, in my collection, every EP is labeled: Title [EP]
Just a thought, might make for more interesting browsing.
