Remote access broken for some users

So the issue is that some users report that they cannot access my server via TV app, doesn’t seem to matter if it’s a built in app, firestick or even Shield TV Pro. These same users can all access the server on their phones.

I have noticed that these users sometimes report that a stream will start, when it does nothing will show on my end. I observed this today, user was sending me video he took showing a movie playing on his TV from my server. On my end nothing in the dashboard.

Any ideas what could be causing this.

Platform is Windows.
