One of my users can not access the server 80% of the time.
My server says remote connection is not available, but it is for almost everybody and when i tell it to check the connection it says its available for like 1 minute. Nothing changes for the users, just what I see in the controls. Then it goes back to supposedly not being available.
One of my users can barely access the server. He can not access the server via an apple tv, or the web browser of his MAC, but he can access it via the MAC app and then he can do airplay to play it on his appletv.
Same for his PS4 and PS5, no chance to access the server.
Nobody else has any issues, they use all different devices including apple tvs and plastations at other locations. But it can’t just be his network because then there wouldn’t be differences between the different devices.
Oh and all his devices beside the PS5 are WiFi
