Remote access drops after a few seconds

Hey guys,

I’ve been trying to set up remote plex server for a while now.

  1. I’ve assigned the static IP to my pc
  2. Forwarded the ports properly.

The strangest issue is when I click on RETRY, it gives me this:

And after a minute or so I get this:

I can connect to the remote server in the first few seconds. And the connection seems to stay there, but on my phone app and remote tv it says connection is indirect, and does not want to play at full quality.

Anyone knows what is going on?
