I have been a Plex Pass member for 4 years, this is my first time requesting support.
Server Version#: Version 4.14.2
Player Version#: Vary from Users: Rokus, Android devices(A95X Max, Firesticks, Smart TV: Samsung Tizen
My Setup:

OS X : EL Capitan
Port Forward for 32400
Static IP Address Set.
Firewall Disabled
Internet Speed: UP: 1000 Down: 1000 Avg Like 850-950
Dedicated Server.: only Plex runs in background with Google Desktop and team viewer.
My issue is that i have friends and family members that remote into to my server daily. After a period of time when trying to connect to server it just does the circle of death then finally it may connect and video will play after 3 to 5 minutes. My troubleshoot when that starts happening would be to quit server then restart server by clicking on Plex Exe. Then like Magic everyone connects instantly with no problems until it happens again usually a few hours ltr. Im been scratching my head trying to figure this problem out but for the life of me cant come up with a reason why this would keep happening… I really dont want to go to another platform I love Plex but it is getting very frustrating. Where do I start my troubleshoot to resolve this issue at a hand.
More info from observation:
i left server page open on the Remote Access Page, it was fully accessible outside my network with the green wording fyi i was viewing this remotely from google desktop. 30 min later i notice it turned red displaying network not accesible, at the same instance the button under it still said disable remote access not enable remote access. i then took a log, and tried starting a movie remotely to server at nov 25 , 12:13 a.m to no avail . I received the circle of death. follow by a time out message saying an unknown error occurred: unknown error: error code. unknown_error (0)(AVPlay). on the server side the green came back with the fully accessible outside network. but now trying to connect to my server it takes 5min plus.
