Then you need to look up the port number that is used for the external (WAN) port of that forwarding.
Then go to Settings - Server - ‘Show Advanced’ - Remote Access
and tick the checkbox “Manually specify public port”. Put the port number from above into the input field behind it.
(the checkbox is what switches Plex from automatic mode [which it uses by default] to manual mode)
