Remote access failure

Server Version#: 1.43.2.10687
Player Version#: N/A
When I setup remote access, it works fine and shows as good and then flips back to red. Looking at the logs, I suspect this might be the issue:

Note that I did change my device that was functioning as my server from a Windows PC to a Mac. I did a clean install and all I did was migrate my media. As you can see below, when I hit apply or retry for the remote access it does work initially it then it goes back to saying not available.

Edit: to add, in addition to trying to get around the potential issue of DNS rebind protection, I changed my router’s DNS entries to point to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and then rebooted it. Still same issue.

Without a complete set of server logs and just your excerpt (which almost never has the needed info) looks like an SSL cert issue. Does the date/time match/is accurate? otherwise post a copy of your server logs and we can troubleshoot.

The time would be accurate. I tried to refresh the remote access this morning and then downloaded the logs from my Plex server right after. Here are the logs, hope they help diagnose the issue.

All I am seeing at a quick glance is the SSL cert issue. I would look up your router’s DNS Rebind protection settings and make sure those are off. Just changing the IP isnt always enough.

I have a TP-Link AX1800 for my router and I haven’t figured out how to access / change any DNS rebind settings besides updated the DNS server used to try to bypass it. Any ideas there?

Dunno what changed but this morning remote access and the Playstation app now work.
