When I setup remote access, it works fine and shows as good and then flips back to red. Looking at the logs, I suspect this might be the issue:

Note that I did change my device that was functioning as my server from a Windows PC to a Mac. I did a clean install and all I did was migrate my media. As you can see below, when I hit apply or retry for the remote access it does work initially it then it goes back to saying not available.
Edit: to add, in addition to trying to get around the potential issue of DNS rebind protection, I changed my router’s DNS entries to point to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and then rebooted it. Still same issue.
