Remote access was working fine for all devices until the last update. I now can’t remotely access any of the fire tv devices. The fire devices and all other devices work fine as long as I’m on the same network, but outside my network is where the issue happens. For quite some time now the remote access option in the server “says” it not accessible when it actually is. I’d try to enable it and it will show green for a few seconds, and then go back to red, BUT it still would work remotely, so I didn’t think much of that and not sure if that would have anything to do with the fire tv devices not working currently.Please help.
My fire TV did the same thing after the last update. you have to delete the data in the app section of the fire TV under Plex, log back in and it should work.
