Hi guys,
This one might be tough -I’m away looking after my parents house for the next week and suddenly I’ve found plex remote access isn’t working on iPhone, iPad or Amazon firestick.
While I can’t physically get to my PC server, I have remote access so can change router settings/ reset / restart pc and edit plex settings.
Everything is updated and the latest versions, so no issues here.
I have tried ;
Restarting all devices and server
Restarting router
Deleting port forwards and reinstating
Checking for double Nat - not present
Checked open port on canyouseeme - it is open.
Anything I am missing??
