I just had this issue, remote access kept toggling itself off. I managed to fix by making sure the private IP was correct as docker was masking it which is why it was disconnecting and changed remade the docker container and changed network mode to host from bridge which worked. If it’s not through the docker container it is through yaml file called plex_compose.
