Remote access not stable... Verizon Fios g3100 router problems?

I believe I have done this (I am not at home so I cannot double check the settings right now):

• On g3100 router: set up port forwarding like this: Verizon G3100 Router
• Plex settings: check box for manually specify port, and use 32400
• On g3100 router: uncheck box for “stop dns rebind”
