Remote Access not working with secure connections

Just installed Windows 10 and the latest Plex Server for windows and the remote access connection goes green for a few seconds then goes red. If I disable secure connections, it stays green and is accessible from the outside, otherwise it is not accessible outside the network. My ports are open and properly forwarded. I think this is a certificate issue with plex. Can you please look into this?

Have you tried to use a more up-to-date server version?
