App.plex.tv is unable to connect to “xxxxxx Server” securely

i’ve tried backing down the “allow fallback to insecure connections” to “on the same network” and “Never” but, while I can connect inside the house, no one can connect to it from the outside using certain apps Samsung, WEB, etc… But some ppl using roku and amazon fire tv can connect. the plex is telling me that remote access is fully accessible from outside the network and my natting is good and correct. Would someone be able to check/reset my cert?

Huh, looking at your log, PMS isn’t loading up securely. Since this is Windows, you can reset your certificate yourself quite easily.

Use Windows file explorer to find your Plex Media Server folder. Then find the cache folder. In there find the file cert-v2.p12 or certificate.p12. Which ever you find, delete it and restart PMS.
