Not sure what happened, remote access was working fine and now all of a sudden it isn’t. No changes were made other than update to the .994 firmware through my Synology 918+. Any help?

I believe there was a permissions change recently with Synology.

We have removed user plex from the administrators group. This was a holdover from DSM 5.2 when it was required for PMS to run properly on the NAS.
