Remote Access Offline

Server Version#: 3.108.2
Player Version#: latest ios app

I am a plex pass subscriber and recently had a fiber connection put in. That required a new modem/router. It was set to bridge mode so that I could use my old router without changing all of my port forwarding rules. I also put together a new server at this time and I can not seem to get plex working for remote access. The green checkmark is present and it says “Fully accessible outside your network” but when I try to connect from outside the network everything says “OFFLINE”. I’ve done a port scan and port 32400 is open and that is the port I have manually specified in plex settings. I’ve written firewall rules that log connections. When I attempt to connect from an external ip address I can see a connection come in and not get dropped to that port from 63.34.171.72 which is one of the eu-west servers that plex uses for validation. But my machine never actually connects and I don’t see it in my iptables logs. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I moved my server to an external location and had a similar problem from only my mobile device (showing server as offline, but works from the TV). Fixed it by going into the app signing out, + reinstall app. Other than that I would upload some logs for people to look at.

Thanks @Pat13524
I tried deleting the app but that didn’t help. Also experience the same problem with my laptop. What logs would be of use to look at?

I deleted all my logs and restarted plex. Here are the only three errors that show up:

./Plex Media Server.log:Sep 23, 2019 22:13:00.850 [0x7fc5697fa700] WARN - NAT: PMP, got an error: Not Supported by gateway.

./PMS Plugin Logs/com.plexapp.system.log:2019-09-23 22:13:48,594 (7f0c05ffb700) : ERROR (networking:219) - Error opening URL ‘https://bundle-archive.plex.tv/plexinc-plugins/Services.bundle/archive/62fcf1f.zip

2019-09-23 22:12:48,365 (7f0c26b37b80) : CRITICAL (runtime:709) - Private handlers are no longer supported; couldn’t register <bound method StreamService.token_handler of <streamservice.StreamService object at 0x7f0c1c2a6550>>

I don’t have UPnP enabled on my router so that warning is probably normal.

Everything is working fine now. Not sure what the problem was.
