I have a PLEX server set up at home. Remote access is enabled and working. Two friends in different locations but on the same ISP are connecting fine and watching shows no problem. I’m using the same ISP at a different location and while i was watching a show it just disconnected from the server and keeps telling me server is unavailable or offline and refuses to connect. Remote access is still up and the others are connecting just fine as well. I’ve restarted the router, shut down and restarted my computer and iPad. It has to be something with the internet connection where i am. I don’t know know what to start looking for? It’s not just my computer as i’ve tried on a Windows (i’m on a mac) and my iPad, and still not connecting.
Some help will be much appreciated.
