Hi I have had this issue for a long time. Every once in a while, I lose my server connection. After a while, even when I can connect to Plex at home using my Wi-Fi I still cannot Plex using my phone or iPad. If that iPhone or iPad is brought home it will connect fine using Wi-Fi. I think it is a remote access setting issue from home. What IP fixed address setting or other procedure do I need to follow to resolve this once and for all? I look forward to hearing from you.
