Could you try the ‘custom server access url’ setting specifying your vpn wan IP address and the public port you forwarded - initially to test this just go for secure connections disabled and clients with allow fallback to insecure connections set to always - if it works then explore how to do that with secure connections

just change these number to my IP address??
With the public port being 32400 in your case, It would be http://wan vpn externally visible ip:32400
(Assuming port 32400 is propagated all the way to the router)
