Remote access stopped after update

hi,

i dont know for some reason my remote access is not working anymore after some update of my NAS, i cant find a way around to fix this, i have tried to apply the suggestions provided here but of no use…
please help me fix this… if any team member can do teamviewer would be of gr8 help

What have you tried already? Have you disabled uPnP on your router and specified port manually?
