Remote Access no longer works. Have check out your help and done what you have suggested. Sometimes when I log out and reset my router it will work, then when i restart my PC it stops again. I have a static IP address. I have checked with my service provider and everything is good at there end. Any suggestions.UPnP is enabled.
I suspect a problem with googles messaging platform or it’s implementation. Check the logs for:
WARN - PubSub: Received notifyConnectivity event with incorrect async identifier
or
ERROR - NAT: PMP::getPublicIP, couldn’t initialize: -3:Unable to get Gateway
this is broken for me as well. i am on the latest plexpass version
I haven’t been able to get remote access to work on any version past about 0.9.1219.1537. Works great on that version, install any newer one it detects my remote ip and local but says no internet. Uninstall the newer version, revert to 0.9.1219.1537 and remote access comes right up.
Hello, is this yet another plex bug that plex has no answer for? I’m seeing this, too under ubuntu server headless qwith all the latest updates. Remote access worked prefectly prior to PLex updates. Now, it’s broken. I’ve confirmed all my port, firewall, setting only to arrive here in frustration and find that it is related to a Plex update. WTF!!@?
And, like other FAILURES, there’s no response from Plex…
Here is a solution that finally worked for me: https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/233514/after-network-reboot-lost-remote-access-and-cant-get-it-back

Thanks, @Axeone, but I don’t have a double-nat router…
rebooting modem didn’t fix it for me.
Solution found - remove & reinstall plexmediaserver.
