Remote Access stuck although port is reachable (Unraid / linuxserver Docker)

Server Version#:current
Player Version#:current
Access goes green briefly, then turns red. Log shows MyPlex: mapping state set to 'Mapped - Not Published (Not Reachable)'. Plexamp shows “No servers found”, both at home and remotely. Plex is also not reachable only through web address - which is weird.

What works:

  • Manual port forward TCP 32400 → server; UPnP disabled
  • canyouseeme.org: port 32400 open
  • From 5G: http://<public IP>:32400/web and https://<public-ip-dashed>.<certUUID>.plex.direct:32400/web both load without certificate warning
  • app.plex.tv works locally; plex.direct added to the FRITZ!Box DNS rebind exceptions

What I’ve already tried: IPv4-only on the server; preferred network interface; removing and re-claiming the server; Secure connections set to Preferred; MTU 1492 (path MTU is 1492 on this DSL line).

Try this…

Stop plex, go to the cache directory in the plex media server folder. Is there a certificate.p12 file? If so, rename it certificate.p12.old. Start plex back up. It should download cert-v2.p12.

Test the remote connection.

DAMN! That was it! I mean i also restarted my router - but if it wasnt that, definitely your tip.
THANKS A TON, you saved a sunday here.
