ii am having trouble with enabling the remote access. i click on the button to enable and it turns green and says it is enabled. then after a few seconds it goes back to being disabled. i have the plex pass so that i can have family access my libraries
Plex is “optimistically” showing a green status indicator while testing your remote access connection. The status turning red after a few seconds (or in some cases a few minutes) just means it’s not working to begin with.
