I really like the new feature of upload limits. Does plex divide the bandwidth between streams? What would be better is if you could limit on a per stream basis. I noticed that whilst my brother was watching remotely he managed to hog all of the 5mb bandwidth that I had set on the server meaning that when I tried to start watching I was shown an error on my android tv that there was insufficient bandwidth.
