It has come to my attention that my Qnap NAS TS-453B, has suddenly started to randomly reboot, over the last few weeks. after investigation , i have correlation between remote users externally and the NAS rebooting itself, I can find nothing in the logs of the NAS.
BUt i can verify that the NAS reboots only when remote users are attempting to watch something. I have searched and seen a few reported issues of remote users crashing the NAS.
How has this been managed ?
