Hello, I’ve been having this problem for a couple months now. Plex crashes and my only recourse is to reset my NAS completely. Then it works again for anther 2-3 days before the cycle repeats. I am running Plex on a QNAP TVS-h1688X. Attached are the logs from this morning. The last crash was last night. Thanks for all of your advice.
Hello, I’m not sure if this is the proper place to get help on my problem. It has been a couple days and I have had no replies. Since I have paid for a Plex pass I’d assume that there is some official support channel. Can someone please point me in the right direction ?
Bumping this again in my increasingly vanishing hope of getting any help. Anyone? Really stinks that i paid for a plex pass and can’t event get a simple reply.
