Remote Access Windows 10 Fix (It isn't reachable outside the network)

So after like weeks of going crazy, opening ports, creating a static ip, harassing spectrum etc, I guess the latest update in windows 10 changed some settings in the firewall. To fix this do the following:

  1. on the bottom windows search type “allow an app through windows firewall”,
  2. If plex isn’t there you have to add it - (which was in my case)
  3. Click change settings and click allow another app
  4. Browse and find Plex (should be under Program Files)
  5. Add “Plex Media Server.exe”
  6. Once added, click private and public checkboxes and apply

Fixed it right away, had nothing to do with the ports. Just wanted to share with people who might have the same issue.

Same issue, it is enabled yet no remote access.
