Remote Access Enabled - "Plex is currently unavailable" when attempt to connect

My Plex server was working fine a few days ago. I’m able to connect to it locally on another computer, but when I attempt from my cell phone/laptop (while not on LAN) I can not connect to the server. I get the following message “****** Plex is currently unavailable”.

"Fully accessible outside your network

You can access this server from signed-in Plex apps or in a browser at https://app.plex.tv/desktop.Disable Remote Access"

I’ve manually specified the port to 32400.

I’ve reset my router, and the computer which has the Plex server on it. Nothing seems to help.

Server Version#: 1.31.3.6868
Player Version#: 4.103.2
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

Update: I reinstalled “Plex Media Server” and everything started working again… Weird!
